Our paid internships are designed to increase representation in forestry and natural resource careers. Eligible candidates include individuals from communities traditionally underrepresented in STEM fields, including:

Candidates should be 18 years or older, have an interest in forestry, arboriculture, or natural resource management, be able to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and reside in Northern Arizona.
No prior experience in forestry or tree work is required - we provide all necessary training and safety equipment. Our goal is to create accessible entry points to natural resource careers while building our community's capacity to manage local forests.

Our internship program offers flexible scheduling to accommodate different needs and situations:

Internships typically run for 3-6 months
Both full-time and part-time options available

Full-time: 32-40 hours per week
